# Site Qwality

> Site Qwality is uptime monitoring, status pages, incident response and observability (logs, metrics, traces, real user monitoring, session replay and error tracking) in one product. Every product has a free tier, with no credit card. AI assistants can use a Site Qwality account through a hosted MCP server, on every plan, including free.

Key facts:

- HTTP checks run from the locations each monitor selects, on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure; the live list is at https://siteqwality.com/locations/. The free plan uses one location per monitor, paid plans any number, and each location counts as one check. Browser, TLS, domain expiry and DNS record checks run from AWS us-east-1.
- Checks do not come from fixed IP addresses. To allowlist them, use a secret custom request header or the User-Agent `site-qwality-check/1.0`.
- Pricing is per product: each product has a free allocation and paid tiers, and you pay only for the products you raise above free.
- The REST API is available on every plan, including free. Authenticate with an API key as a Bearer token.
- The MCP server is at `https://mcp.siteqwality.com/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). Assistants sign in with the user's account over OAuth and are held to the access the user approves and to the user's own role; headless agents can use a scoped API key instead.
- Traces are accepted over OTLP/HTTP from any OpenTelemetry SDK; logs and metrics as JSON over HTTPS.
