Incident messages carry Acknowledge and Resolve buttons. Hit Acknowledge in the message to silence further escalation while your team investigates. Monitor down and recovery messages are notifications rather than interactive messages and carry no buttons.
Auto-resolve notifications
When a monitor recovers, Slack receives a recovery message in the same thread, keeping incident history together.
Multiple workspaces
Connect more than one Slack workspace, which is useful for agencies or teams that run separate workspaces per client or environment.
